I'm William A. "Bill" Jacobs, founder of WAKAR Global Enterprise. A decade as an NYPD detective, then twenty years in Long Island real estate. Different work, same instincts: listen carefully, ask better questions, and protect good people from bad decisions.

Why I started WAKAR Global.
I spent a decade as a detective with the New York City Police Department. The job was protecting people, and it taught me to read the fine print, follow the facts, and never take the first answer as the final one.
After the NYPD I spent more than twenty years as a licensed real estate broker associate across Nassau and Suffolk County. Over and over, I watched the same thing happen: credit scores and access to capital decided who got the keys and who got turned away. Good, hardworking people were held back by report errors they didn't know about, or by not knowing which doors to knock on for funding.
That's why I founded WAKAR Global Enterprise. We help people understand their credit, dispute what's inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable, build positive history, get organized to explore business and personal funding options, and find grant programs that fit and learn to write strong applications. No sales pitch. A conversation, a plan, and someone who has actually read the paperwork.
